Stress Balls

How to Relieve Stress
Here's what you need:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons baby oil
  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 funnel 
  • Spoon 
  • Scissors
  • 1 balloon
  • Black marker​
Steps:
  1. Mix the flour and baby oil in mixing bowl.
  2. Using the funnel, push the mixture into the balloon. 
  3. Try to get as much of the mixture into the balloon.
  4. Seal very well making sure to make a knot as tight to the mixture as possible (with no air).
  5. Cut off excess and using the black marker, decorate your stress ball.
  6. Squeeze the stress away!
 

Salt Art

Want to Know More About Salt?
Here's what you need:
  • White glue
  • Food color
  • Salt
  • Droppers (or a watercolor paint brush)
  • Thick white paper
  • Pencil
  • Water 
Steps:
  1. Using the pencil, make a sketch of your drawing on the white paper.
  2. Carefully trace your sketch with white glue.
  3. Sprinkle salt all over the white glue and shake it off to remove the excess salt.
  4. Dilute your food color with some water.
  5. Using the dropper (or brush), start adding color to the salt and glue.  Watch the color get absorbed into the salt!
  6. Once done, wait until the liquid dries and the glue hardens before hanging it up in your room!
