Picture
Materials Needed:
  • Straw rocket template (template has 4 rockets, downloaded it here)
  • Coloring markers or pencils
  • 1 straw
  • 1 small piece of a large smoothie straw (if that is not available in your home, make a paper straw.  Brief tutorial here)
  • Tape
  • Scissors
Steps:
  1. Cut and color the rocket
  2. Take the small piece of smoothie straw and tape one end of it.  Make sure it's sealed.
  3. Turn the rocket around and tape the the piece of  smoothie straw to the back.  Make sure to have the sealed end pointing up (like the rocket)
  4. Your rocket is now ready for take-off.
  5. Using your regular straw, insert it in the smoothie straw and blow upwards!
  6. Watch your rocket fly!

  3. How beautiful is this masterpiece?
