Grow Learning Space Expands Coding and STEAM Boot Camps for Bahrain Students

Picture
Grow Learning Space  has announced expansion of their highly successful STEAM Virtual Boot Camp series to offer additional Boot Camps in a variety of subjects for middle and high school students. “We are so grateful for the overwhelming response for our online coding and STEAM experiences. Parents continue to call me personally to ask for more virtual camps and learning opportunities for their children. So we have worked to rapidly add new and exciting online classes to our virtual learning catalog,” said Zain Al-Zayani, founder of Grow Learning Space.

Grow Learning Space focuses on raising students skills, talents and passions for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) careers by giving learners of all ages access to mentored project-based learning experiences that are real, relevant and purposeful. Grow Learning Space frequently collaborates with a number of world-known entities, both international and local.

The Grow Boot Camps are fast, focused and fun to help engage and keep the learning momentum at a quick pace. Zain says: “We have found that today’s students want short sprints of learning when they are trying something new. We offer a way for students to discover their passion for learning STEAM in their areas of interest. Our Boot Camps are not just 10 hours over the course of a week, but they complement each other and can lead students to delve deeper in a topic and even achieve international industry credentials in an exciting career field. Students love our experiences, and parents appreciate the chance to give their children unique and personal learning moments.”

Mashaal Al Bayat, Khalid Deen’s mother, says: “Khalid is passionate about web development & design and Grow Learning Space provided him with a unique opportunity to not only learn and expand his knowledge, but also receive a certification at such a young age! Thank you Grow for your professionalism and support in providing industry level programs to young Bahrainis. Khalid can’t wait to join another program soon.”

Yasmin Abdulmajeed, a Computer Science graduate and Facilitator at Grow Learning Space adds: “As a Computer Science graduate, I am very familiar with the concepts taught.  When working with the CTeLearning platform, I found the way they merge real-life applications with programming to be really engaging and relevant.  So when I see the learners' eyes open up and sparkle as they learn something new, apply it and see the code working immediately, it’s pure joy. And at the end, when everything falls into place during their capstone project, the pride they demonstrate is truly rewarding.”
